Details of Disappearance:
Morgan disappeared on July 25, 2012, from her home in St. Petersburg, Florida. She was last seen talking to Jacobee Flowers, who she said was the father of her unborn baby. She was going to show him her ultrasound picture. A witness saw a white car in her driveway, but didn’t see Morgan get in it.

What’s strange is that she left everything behind – her purse, belongings, even her paycheck – except her phone. This was very unlike her; she usually called her mom multiple times a day and was active on social media. Both stopped after she vanished.

Police suspected something bad happened because she was pregnant, left everything behind, and was always in contact with her family.

Four years later, Flowers was charged with her murder. He denied being the father and claimed their online conversations about the pregnancy were fake. However, investigators believed he didn’t want Morgan to have the baby because he already had three children, and she threatened to report him for statutory rape if he didn’t take responsibility. His story about where he was that night also didn’t add up.

In 2022, Flowers pleaded guilty to second-degree murder. He agreed to a deal: if he revealed where Morgan’s body was, he’d get 25 years in prison; otherwise, 40 years. He said he buried her in Alabama, but police couldn’t find anything there. He was sentenced to 40 years. Morgan’s body has never been found, but the circumstances strongly suggest she was murdered.
