He has a tattoo on his right bicep of a woman sitting in a chair, and a tattoo of the words “BEANIE” and “MAE” on his right wrist.
Details of Disappearance:: Mr. Mayfield disappeared from his New Orleans home on June 9, 2017. He was last seen at 8:00 a.m. leaving his house on Tennessee Street. He took his wallet but left his phone behind. He has Alzheimer’s disease and sometimes wandered off before, but neighbors usually found him. This time, he’s never been seen or heard from again. He’s an Army veteran and used to be a cook at Ochsner Hospital. He has a big family – three kids and many grandkids. Unfortunately, not much is known about what happened to him.
