Details of Disappearance:
On May 13, 2020, Crane disappeared. She was living in an RV park in Willits, California. Her roommate last saw her leaving a Safeway grocery store parking lot with a man in a Ford F-250 diesel truck with Montana plates. The man was described as neat and in his late 30s. Crane seemed to know him.

She left behind her dogs but took all her other things, leaving a note for her roommate about caring for the dogs. Her roommate thought she’d be back, but she wasn’t.

Crane had been homeless before, and sometimes disappeared for short periods, but this is different. She’s never gone this long without contacting her family, and she never abandoned her dogs, who she loved.

Her daughter reported her missing on July 25th. No one knows exactly what happened, but her family fears something bad may have happened to her. The case is still unsolved.
