Details of Disappearance:: Mr. Kawasaki vanished from his Los Angeles home on July 18, 2005. Five years later, in July 2010, his body was discovered in the small, cramped space under the house (the crawl space). Nobody had lived in the house since he disappeared. Because Mr. Kawasaki enjoyed being in small, enclosed areas, and a pillow was found with him, police believe he might have been taking a nap in the crawl space when he died.
