- Carter disappeared on May 20, 2018. He was last seen driving an old, white car near Kilmer Point in Middlesex County, Virginia. Strangely, he left his car, phone, and keys at home in Urbanna, Virginia (on Big Stone Lane) and hasn’t been seen or heard from since. His family says he was a stay-at-home dad, very routine-oriented, always back home by 5 p.m., and rarely left the county. They also said he usually carried a lot of cash. He has two grown-up children. There isn’t much information about what happened to him.
