Details of Disappearance:
On February 27, 1984, Smith disappeared. She left home in Coweta County, Georgia, to go shopping at Lenox Square mall in Atlanta with a friend, but she never arrived. Her borrowed blue 1981 Chevrolet truck (license plate RT4472) was found abandoned and locked in a Lenox Square parking garage. Nothing suggested a fight. A wine glass and beer can were inside.

Smith secretly worked as an exotic dancer at the Tattletail Lounge in Atlanta; her family believed she was a bartender. She’d quit dancing and planned to start a dog grooming business – she’d even ordered business cards.

Despite the investigation, Smith’s disappearance remains a mystery.
