- Details of Disappearance:
- Jason Lund disappeared in June 2005 from Killeen, Texas. He was last seen around the evening of June 16th (some reports say June 13th), leaving his apartment.
That day, he went to an H-E-B store in nearby Harker Heights, got some cash, and then went to a party. He left the party with a friend to buy drugs, but his friend came back alone. Lund was never seen again.
Three weeks later, his car – a black 1999 Nissan Sentra – was found abandoned in Killeen. His belongings were inside, but he wasn’t.
Before he vanished, Lund had recently finished a drug rehab program and was working odd jobs. He was also on probation for a minor offense. He had a fight with his mother about money shortly before he disappeared, but she didn’t think anything was seriously wrong at the time. It’s very unusual for him to disappear without a trace, leaving everything behind.
Police think his disappearance is suspicious and are still looking for answers. They want to talk to people who knew Lund to find out what happened. The case remains unsolved.
