Distinguishing Characteristics Hispanic male. Black hair, brown eyes. Villarreal previously broke his left elbow and he is unable to fully extended that arm as a result. He has a horizontal scar across the top of his right wrist, the initials “RV” tattooed between his left thumb and index finger, and a crucifix tattoo on one of his arms. It is possible that Villarreal’s hair may be longer in length than seen in the photo above, and he may wear a mustache. His nicknames are Bob, Bobby, Billy and/or Villy.
Details of Disappearance:
In May 1989, a man named Villarreal vanished from his mother’s mobile home in Allegan County, Michigan. His mom left him sleeping on the couch and found him gone when she came home from work. He left behind his car, wallet, and most of his things. He couldn’t drive legally because his license was suspended.

Police first thought he ran away to avoid court, but his family thinks that’s unlikely since he’s never been heard from again. He had a criminal record, but it wasn’t for violent crimes. The police didn’t consider him “endangered” until 1995, even though he was reported missing in 1989. He lived in Holland, Michigan at the time. The mystery of his disappearance remains unsolved.
