Distinguishing Characteristics:: Distinguishing Characteristics African-American male. Black hair, brown eyes. Hogue had a mustache at the time of his disappearance. He has keloid scars on the right side of his face near his temple.
Details of Disappearance:: Hogue disappeared on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 2005, in the west side of Detroit. He vanished without a trace and hasn’t been seen or heard from since. It’s strange because he left behind money he could have cashed and didn’t show up to family funerals. There’s not much information known about what happened to him.
