- Sean’s dad, who didn’t have legal custody of him, took him away from their home in Laguna Vista, Texas on May 20, 2004. He used a knife to threaten Sean. A year later, in June 2005, Sean was found safe in Guadalajara, Mexico. His dad was caught, and Sean went back to live with his mom. Sadly, Sean doesn’t remember his mom anymore.
