- Ghaemi disappeared from the American Motel in Wheat Ridge, Colorado on September 9, 2007. She was living there with her boyfriend, Jude Peters. Her family reported her missing two days later because she never contacted her kids, which was unusual for her.
Police found a small amount of her blood in the motel room, but not enough to suggest a major injury. Peters, her boyfriend, is considered a suspect, but he says he doesn’t know what happened to her. Ghaemi left her cell phone behind. The case is still unsolved.
