Details of Disappearance:
Bianca, a little girl, disappeared on April 7, 1995, from Baytown, Texas. Her dad, Juan Antonio Lozano Jr., picked her up for a weekend visit and never brought her back. Juan is wanted by the FBI for taking Bianca and running away.

Juan is a large Hispanic man (6’2″, 300 pounds) with black hair, black eyes, and a gap in his bottom teeth. He has a pierced left ear and may have a beard now. He might also use the name Genaro “Gino” Suarez Vasquez.

Bianca’s parents were divorcing when she was taken. Juan was facing assault charges at the time. He and Bianca’s mom, Deana Ann Hebert, weren’t getting along, and Juan falsely accused Deana of abusing Bianca, which a judge didn’t believe.

Juan’s family was also involved. They were suspected of helping him hide Bianca, and some of them even tore down missing person posters. While a court awarded Deana money, the decision was later reversed.

Police think Juan took Bianca to Mexico, where he’s from, and there’s evidence Bianca was enrolled in a school in Monterrey, Mexico, in 2008. Despite these clues, Bianca is still missing and her case remains unsolved. Her mom hasn’t given up hope.
