- On November 5th, 2006, a woman named Scanlan went on a sunset dinner cruise. The next day, November 6th, she made a phone call from her home on Kauai, Hawaii. That was the last time anyone heard from her. She left almost everything behind at her house – the only thing missing was her iPod. Scanlan had lived in Kauai since 2005, but often traveled between Hawaii and California in the 1990s. She enjoyed swimming and boogie boarding. What happened to her is still a mystery.
