- Acacia and Jon Duvall vanished from Whittier, California on March 28, 2007. Police think their dad, Tyree Duvall, took them. He didn’t have legal custody of the kids. There’s a warrant out for his arrest since May 19, 2009. Pictures of Tyree, including one showing what he might look like now, are available. He was 30 years old when the kids disappeared (born March 31, 1976). He’s a Black man, 5’6″, about 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Acacia and Jon might be in Mexico, but we don’t know much else.
