- Details of Disappearance:
- Adji disappeared on January 10, 2009, in Immokalee, Florida. His mom left him at his grandmother’s house around 5:15 PM to go to work. Adji went outside to play and vanished. His grandmother noticed he was gone about 30 minutes later, searched for two hours, then called the police.
He’s never been found. Police looked into whether he might have gone to Haiti (where his dad and other family live), but found nothing. No one in his family is suspected. His grandmother moved in with Adji’s mom and stepdad, who later had a baby girl and named her after Adji.
The police think Adji either got lost or was taken by someone he didn’t know. The case is still a mystery.
