Details of Disappearance:: Zeferino, a farmworker from Santa Maria, California, vanished on August 11, 2014, in Santa Barbara County. He had a serious, contagious form of tuberculosis and was supposed to be taking medicine for it for a long time (18-24 months). Because he stopped his treatment, health officials issued a warning and wanted to find him. If you see him, don’t approach him – call 911 immediately. He’s been missing since August 2014, and nobody knows where he is.
