- Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian male. Blond hair, blue eyes. Dungan has the following tattoos: the words “Save Water” on his knee, and a dollar sign and an infinity sign on his knuckles. He has a scar on his right wrist from a glass cut.
- Details of Disappearance:
- Dungan disappeared in Wailuku, Hawaii on November 7, 2019. He was staying at a sober living home near a Shell gas station. He called his dad that day, saying he was fine and going for a haircut. That was the last anyone heard from him.
His car, a silver 2006 Scion xB, was found a couple of blocks away in early December. The person whose house it was at first said Dungan lived there. Later, they changed their story, saying they found the car at the beach and moved it.
Dungan always kept in touch with his family. It’s very unusual for him to disappear like this, and the police haven’t solved the mystery.
