Details of Disappearance:
In May 2017, a pregnant woman named Eggleston vanished from Baltimore, Maryland. The last time anyone saw her was at a bank where she withdrew a large amount of cash – unusual for her. She was reported missing after missing her own baby shower.

Her apartment was empty except for her bed; it looked like she’d moved, but her family said she was too far along in a high-risk pregnancy to do so. They later learned the father of her unborn child was Andre “Michael” Robertson, a family friend. Eggleston had planned to move in with Robertson, but her family didn’t think they were a couple.

In February 2022, Robertson was arrested and charged with murdering Eggleston and her unborn baby. Investigators believe he tricked her into thinking they were moving in together. Evidence like phone records, financial information, social media, and photos helped build the case against him. Robertson had other relationships and children and may have not wanted another child.

Eggleston’s body has never been found; police believe it might be in a landfill. The circumstances strongly suggest she was murdered.
