- Details of Disappearance:
- Haft disappeared in Columbus, Ohio in December 2014. He’d recently left a psychiatric hospital and was living in a halfway house, but got kicked out for drinking. He refused to go back to the hospital, so he went to an outpatient clinic but left. The next day he ate and drank at a restaurant without paying. A former caseworker found him injured on the street, and his sister got him a motel room, but he left and vanished. No one has seen or heard from him since. His sister thinks he’s likely dead. Haft was a talented artist and musician. The police haven’t solved the mystery of his disappearance.
