- On July 19, 2011, someone named Flowers vanished from Wilmington, North Carolina. Police suspected Alan “LA” Johnson, but didn’t have enough proof to arrest him for it. Later, Johnson was caught and sent to prison for 50 years because of other crimes (robberies). Then, in October 2015, he told police where to find Flowers’ body, hidden in the woods near Hooper Road in Leland, North Carolina.
