Details of Disappearance:: In September 1995, Williams vanished from Youngstown, Ohio. No one reported her missing for a whole year. Then, in October 1995, her severely decayed body was discovered in her apartment by housing officials. The apartment was messy, and there were drug-related items, but police found no signs of murder. Her body showed no injuries or anything to suggest she was killed. Because the body was so badly decomposed, the cause of death couldn’t be figured out. It wasn’t until April 2021 that the body was finally identified as Williams’s. With that identification, the police closed the case.
