- Three siblings – Ana, Anilu, and Cesar – vanished from Los Angeles on January 11, 2011. Their dad, Cesar Bibiano Sr., who didn’t have legal custody, took them, along with their mom. Police are looking for Cesar Sr. (a picture is available). They don’t have any information about the mother.
Cesar Sr. was 36 at the time, born June 12, 1974. He’s Hispanic, 5’7″, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The family might be in Mexico. The children are still missing, and the case is unsolved.
