Details of Disappearance:

Little Andre was last seen in Durham, North Carolina on August 4, 2014, and hasn’t been seen since. Police think he might be with his mom, Dreama, or dad, Andre Sr. Pictures of them are available.

Dreama (born October 11, 1989) was 24 at the time. She’s African-American, 5’8″, 170 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. Andre Sr. (born April 28, 1976) was 38. He’s also African-American with black hair, brown eyes, a birthmark on the back of his head, and a tattoo on his right arm.

Neither parent had legal custody of Andre; he was under the care of the Durham County social services (DSS). His parents took him before DSS could take over his care. This wasn’t the first time he went missing; he disappeared for a day in April 2014, and his parents were charged with neglecting him.

There are warrants for Dreama and Andre Sr.’s arrest. They’re accused of kidnapping Andre and abusing him. Andre Sr. is also wanted for breaking his probation.

Andre’s health is a serious concern. His parents didn’t follow doctor’s orders about getting him proper nutrition, which is very important for him.

Police believe Andre might still be in North Carolina. His case is still unsolved.
