- Details of Disappearance:
- Evans disappeared around midnight on May 21, 2001 (some records say May 22nd), near Fruitridge Road and Stockton Boulevard in Sacramento. Witnesses saw her get into a black primer-painted pickup truck. She’s never been seen or heard from since.
Her family says she wouldn’t just leave without telling anyone, and they also said she was hanging around with some bad people at the time. Evans was a high school dropout and had five children. She was living in a motel on Stockton Boulevard.
A baby was abandoned soon after she disappeared, and some people thought she might have been the mother, but that was never proven. The case is still unsolved.
