- Garrett disappeared from her Tulsa, Oklahoma home sometime in January 2001. Her friend reported her missing in late February. Her house was unlocked, but her beige 1976 Buick Park Avenue (license plate OSN840) was gone. The car was found a short distance away with its license plate missing and blood in the trunk. Police think something bad happened to her.
David Campbell, a suspect, killed himself in May 2001. He left a map that led police to a wooded area near Sapulpa, but they didn’t find anything related to Garrett’s disappearance. The case remains a mystery.
