- In November 2008, Anthony’s dad, Freddy Calzada (sometimes spelled Freddie Calzada or Calzada-Juaniquina), took him on a trip to Bolivia. Freddy never brought Anthony back. Anthony’s mom, Maria Virginia Bright, has custody of him and his siblings.
Freddy, born July 19, 1970, is Hispanic, about 5’9″ tall and 165 pounds, with black hair that’s turning gray and black eyes. A warrant was issued for his arrest in July 2010 for kidnapping. Police believe both Freddy and Anthony are still in Bolivia, but no one knows where they are. The case is still open.
