- On March 20, 1994, Garcia left his home on South Franklin Street in Philadelphia around 3:30 PM after playing basketball. He was driving his 1987 Nissan 300ZX, license plate AMK-6413. His car was found abandoned five days later, on March 25th, on West Jefferson Street in Philadelphia. Garcia wasn’t there, and nobody has seen or heard from him since. He often visited South Philadelphia and Wildwood, New Jersey, that year.
