Details of Disappearance:
On November 5, 1998, Robert Klama went missing. He’d been playing darts at Splinter’s Sports Bar in Palatine, Illinois. Around midnight, he left alone but was later seen with a man in a light-colored car near his apartment building, Foxfire Apartments, where he was the manager. This man may have been his darts partner.

That’s the last anyone saw of him. His apartment showed no signs of a struggle; his car and bike were untouched, but his new cordless phone was missing. Three mysterious calls were made to his apartment that night – one from a Shell gas station and two from a Dominick’s grocery store. Police couldn’t figure out who made the calls.

Klama was 5’9″, 190 pounds, with dark hair and a mustache. He had his keys and about $40 on him. He had no known enemies, debts, or involvement in anything illegal. He was looking forward to a promotion at work and getting more tattoos. His family is still searching for answers. The case remains a mystery.
