- In December 2001, a man named Fox disappeared. His truck and a gun were gone too. A month later, his truck was found abandoned far from where he was last seen. He left money in the bank and a teenage daughter. He was about to go to court to sue five people, including actor Johnny Depp, over money problems from their nightclub, The Viper Room (famous because River Phoenix died there). Fox claimed Depp cheated him out of millions. No one knows what happened to Fox, and the case is still a mystery. After Fox disappeared, Depp gave his share of the club to Fox’s daughter, who then sold it.
