Details of Disappearance:
Crystal Childress vanished from Henderson, Texas on October 13, 2015, and hasn’t been seen since. Police found her car a few days later with another man driving; he claimed she sold it to him, but her family doubts this.

Before she disappeared, Childress’s sister, Patricia, received odd Facebook messages from her account. These included a request for Patricia’s phone number and later a confused message asking “Sister where are I, what’s going on?”. A strange voice message, not Childress’s, was also left on Facebook.

After Childress went missing, two women claimed to know what happened, saying Childress’s drug dealing angered dangerous people, leading to her torture and death. However, this hasn’t been proven.

Felipe Villanueva, Childress’s boyfriend at the time, is a person of interest. He has outstanding warrants for drug charges and driving without a license and hasn’t been found. A picture of him is available.

Childress herself had a warrant for her arrest due to past drug and alcohol problems, but she’s treated as a missing person, not a fugitive. Her sister says she was trying to turn her life around.

The case is unsolved, and police suspect foul play.
