Details of Disappearance:: Taylor disappeared from his Shelbyville, Tennessee home on September 20, 1999. Family members saw him that morning. He got a phone call around noon, left, and was never seen again. He had a job interview that afternoon and had prepared for it, but he never went. He left behind everything: his phone, wallet, pager, and even his neatly ironed interview clothes. Most importantly, he left his two young sons in daycare. He had plans to get his GED and become a barber to provide for them. His family says he had no reason to disappear and believes he’s dead. The police haven’t solved the case.
