- In August 1997, a man named Contreras was found confused and alone in Camarillo, California. He knew his name and said he had five brothers, but couldn’t remember anything else about himself.
He was put in a nursing home in Los Angeles to help him while they tried to figure out who he was. But seven months later, in March 1998, he disappeared from the nursing home. Nobody knows what happened to him. He might be in a hospital or another nursing home, but he’s never been found. The mystery of what happened to him remains unsolved.
