- In 1994, a man named Narvaiz vanished in Stockton, California. He went to work but never made it. Thirty years later, in April 2024, his car was discovered submerged in Sutton Slough, a waterway about 26 miles southwest of Sacramento. The car was 31 feet underwater, and Narvaiz’s body was inside.
