He is balding and normally shaves his head, and he had a mustache and goatee at the time of his disappearance. He has the following tattoos: a lion on his shoulder, a tiger with greenery on his chest, a small gecko lizard on his groin, and a face with flames on his calf. He is supposed to wear eyeglasses, but they were left behind.
Details of Disappearance:: Zastawnik disappeared from his home on Plymouth Road in Cleveland, Ohio on December 19, 2018. He just walked away and hasn’t been seen or heard from since. Strangely, he left all his belongings—wallet, keys, phone, money, glasses, and even his medicine—behind. The only thing he took was his ID. Not much is known about what happened to him.
