Details of Disappearance:
In June 2011, Tews vanished from her home in Oak Harbor, Washington. She left all her cars behind, and no one has heard from her since. Her family reported her missing after weeks of silence.

Her son, Raymond Willey, lived with her at the time. Tews was afraid of him; she’d gotten a court order to keep him away from her twice because of his threatening behavior, heavy drinking, and paranoia. He even refused to help her after she broke her hip. Although the court orders were in place, Tews later dropped them both.

Police searched her house and found nothing to explain her disappearance. Willey was unhelpful to the investigation and quickly moved to California, where he died in 2016.

Police suspect Willey killed Tews, but without him, the case is cold. Tews hasn’t used her bank account since she disappeared, and her location remains a mystery.
