- Two men, Rodriguez and Roberto Gonzalez Cruz, vanished at sea. They were last seen together on August 31, 2000, in Ceiba, Puerto Rico, on Cruz’s boat, “La Gaviota” (The Gull), boat number PR5966AA. However, there’s a confusing part: Cruz was reported missing much earlier, on April 29, 2000. No one has seen either man or the boat since.
