- Kelly and her boyfriend, Ronald, vanished on July 9, 2003, from Aurora, Illinois. They’d been staying with a man named Joseph Lemmer in Dixon, Illinois, after meeting him at a hospital in Chicago where Kelly was getting help following a suicide attempt. Then, Kelly and Ronald disappeared. People who knew Lemmer said he poured new concrete in his barn around the same time. Police think Kelly and Ronald might be buried there, but no one knows for sure. The mystery of what happened to them remains unsolved.
