- On July 22, 2010, a man named Mouton disappeared. He was working on a barge in Barataria Bay, near Grand Isle, Louisiana, helping clean up the oil spill from the Deepwater Horizon disaster. He was seen on the barge at 8:00 a.m., but reported missing at 4:00 p.m. that same day. Mouton couldn’t swim. The Coast Guard searched for him for a whole day, but didn’t find him. He’s from Eunice, Louisiana, and it’s believed he fell off the barge and drowned.
