- On September 11, 2019, Norris disappeared. She was last seen at her sister’s house on Northwest 103rd Street in Miami, around 4:00 p.m. She said she was going to a nearby store, Carmen Market, but never came back. Police think something bad might have happened to her, but they don’t have much information about what.
