- Cermen and his cousin Anquiatte Parker vanished from East St. Louis, Illinois on November 6, 2005. Almost three years later, in March 2008, their bodies were discovered in a water tank (a cistern) outside a house near Fairmont Park on Collinsville Road. Police said they were nearly finished with their investigation, but whether anyone was arrested is still unknown.
