- Three children—Cesar, Ana, and Anilu—vanished from Los Angeles on January 11, 2011. Their dad, Cesar Bibiano Sr., who wasn’t supposed to have them, took them with their mom. Police are looking for the dad (a photo is available), and the case is still open. No one knows where the kids or their mom are now; they might be in Mexico.
