Details of Disappearance:
In July 2015, Stotz-Gomez disappeared from Yakima, Washington. He was homeless and often stayed at riverside camps, but kept in touch with his family. Around the same time, two other young men vanished in Yakima; one reappeared, but the other, Cody Turner, is still missing. There are rumors Stotz-Gomez and Turner’s disappearances are linked, but police haven’t proven it.

On the day Stotz-Gomez disappeared, a woman was shot at a nearby homeless camp. She and other witnesses wouldn’t cooperate, and no one was arrested. Surprisingly, Stotz-Gomez’s DNA was found at the scene.

This shooting might be connected to a murder in November 2015. Norma Emmerson was killed, possibly because she knew something about a murder her ex-boyfriend, Raven Cutler, committed. Cutler went to prison for that murder. He claimed to have seen Stotz-Gomez and Turner together, but this hasn’t been confirmed.

Stotz-Gomez had lived in New York and Montana. He was a registered sex offender and had to check in with police regularly. Despite all this, his disappearance remains a mystery.
