- Details of Disappearance:
- On October 15, 2016, Locklar went fishing off the coast of Lapakahi State Park in Hawaii with his uncle. Their small boat flipped over and sank. They swam to shore, but Locklar’s uncle lost sight of him near the beach. Even though his uncle made it to land, Locklar disappeared. He’s from Arizona, and even though it’s believed he drowned, his body was never found.
