- Brock disappeared on August 10, 2000, in Warren, Ohio. She was last seen using a pay phone at the Asian Garden Restaurant. No one has heard from her since.
Brock’s life was difficult before she vanished. She’d had a miscarriage, her marriage ended, and she got involved with drugs and sex work.
A year later, a child Brock used to babysit said she saw Brock at Niagara Falls in Canada. The child said Brock looked different— heavier and with darker hair—but she was sure it was her. They talked about things only Brock would know. While police haven’t confirmed this sighting, Brock’s mom believes it’s true.
The mystery of what happened to Brock remains unsolved.
