- On July 29, 1955, three people—Clarence, his sister Ruby Bosen, and Ruby’s husband Calvin—were in Duchesne, Utah. They went boating on Moon Lake with another couple, A.G. and Lucy Smith. Their small aluminum boat capsized in the deepest part of the lake (about 115-125 feet deep) and sank right away. That was the last time anyone saw them.
