Details of Disappearance:
In March 2006, Mr. Jenkins, who lived at a senior care home in Tarboro, North Carolina, disappeared. The last time anyone saw him was around 3:30 PM on March 12th, walking down Howard Avenue. A police officer briefly talked to him; Jenkins said he was going to a nearby house. He was never seen again.

His blue dialysis bag and Social Security card were found by a pond not far from where he was last seen. He was reported missing the next day when he didn’t go for his dialysis treatment.

Mr. Jenkins was a veteran and had friends in North Carolina and Virginia. Police checked Virginia Beach (where he’d visited before), but found no trace of him after his disappearance. Because of his health problems, police are worried about him and haven’t ruled out the possibility of foul play.
