He has a marked restoration of the mandibular alveolar ridge. Plummer’s nickname is Uncle Babe. He has previously fractured his skull.

- On July 29, 1984, Plummer disappeared. He was last seen around 8:00 PM near his home in Sudlersville, Maryland. He’s never been found. Although he’d wandered off before and always returned, this time was different. Some of his family lived in nearby Delaware, so he might have gone there. The police still don’t know what happened to him.
