- On October 16, 2006, Patterson disappeared from Kershaw, South Carolina. He was seen walking near his home on Fork Hill Road, by Pleasant Plains Road, around 4:00 PM. He left his sister’s house and hasn’t been seen or heard from since. Police searched the area thoroughly but only found his hat and one shoe. His family still hopes he’s alive, but the case is a mystery.
