- Foster disappeared in San Diego on February 7, 2017. Someone may have seen him in Anza a few weeks later, but no one has heard from him since. His family reported him missing on March 3rd. Police think something bad might have happened to him.
Foster was homeless at the time and had just moved back to San Diego from New Hampshire. He often went to a bar in Barrio Logan. His mom worried he might have started using drugs. He may have been with his dog, Apollo, a light-colored German Shepherd mix with a curly tail. The police haven’t solved the case yet.
