- Day disappeared in 2001. The last time anyone saw her was March 30th, at her brother’s girlfriend’s house in Lindenwold, New Jersey. Because she sometimes went for long periods without contacting her family, they weren’t worried at first. Her brother finally reported her missing on May 15th.
Day was from Maine and worked as an exotic dancer in New Jersey. She also spent a lot of time in nearby cities like Brooklyn, Philadelphia, and Camden. She had two children in foster care, whom she visited occasionally. She was also involved in prostitution. Her daughter thinks she might have been a victim of human trafficking.
Unfortunately, there’s not much information about what happened to her. Her children, now grown adults, were adopted by their grandmother and are still hoping to find out what happened to their mother.
